Pneumatic Line Terminals
Fast contacting of free cable ends and automatic release after testing.
Pneumatic line terminals are used when a multitude of free cable ends need to be connected quickly during the production phase. They consist of a very small valve that is actuated by the end of the cable. This valve in turn drives a small cylinder that clamps the free end of the cable - the cable is then connected. With the push of a button located on the pneumatic clamp the connected cable is released again. The pneumatic line terminals by SPS electronic are of high quality and available for cables with different diameters.
Several of the terminals are arranged in a plastic block for special solutions. This enables close arrangement with a high amount of isolation between the individual terminals. The 4-wire technology can be lead right up to the pneumatic line terminal. All the connections can be released at the same time after the completion of testing via the shared push button.
