The electrical safety analyser KT 1880B is your perfect entry into the world of multifunction safety testers. The device concept is most suitable for all requirements in the field of electrical safety testing and does not leave any wish unattended. Flexible design of test programs, fast test procedures and seamless documentation are only a few of the many features offered by this device.
The hipot analyser KT 1880B puts together all of the important test types in a single device, thus making it a real all-rounder. It is ideal for easy, inexpensive and uncomplicated safety tests by current national and international standards (IEC, EN, UL, VDE etc.)
The hipot safety analyser KT 1880B provides maximum comfort and ease of use through the 4.3" TFT colour display built-in by default. Thanks to the personalised test programs – a fully automatic test plan can also be created. The DUT must therefore be connected only once – time-consuming replugging is a matter of the past!
The KT 1880B features a fully electronic generator, which provides more accurate and faster testing. The device is also independent of the mains supply. Be it 120V / 60Hz in the US or 220 V / 50 Hz in China – the KT 1880B can readily be used anywhere in the world!
Besides the required safety tests, a function test can also be performed with a current consumption test. With the help of our comfortable PC software, the hipot analyser KT 1880B can not only be controlled remotely, but it can also be extended by additional features and test steps. The test results can then be stored on a USB flash pen drive and thus, easily documented.
With its classic size of 19" / 5 HU, KT 1880B is ideally suited for direct integration into a system cabinet. With the slide-in enclosure available as an accessory, it can also be easily used as a desktop device. Thanks to the safety current limitation according to EN 50191, no additional protective measures (such as a test cover or two-handed operation) are necessary for the operation.
