The SPS electronic relay test stand was developed specifically for the inspection of railway relays.

System construction and work station safety
  • Compact structure in a 3x19 inch cabinet with 42 HU on heavy duty castors
  • 3 independent test stations ensure a reliable parallel operation
  • The testing room is closed with two plexiglass doors which are equipped with one positively driven safety limit switch

Applied test devices and test possibilities
  • HA 5012L, 5,000 VAC in 4 wire measurement max. 100 mA
  • Yokogawa WT210 high precision power meter


Products and connections
  • These products are applied in signalling technology for the railway and so are subject to a very high quality standard. The relays are equipped with max. 40 contacts and max. 2 coils at 3 different places.

The connection matrix is constructed so that below possibilities can be freely programmed via the software:

Each relay contact is checked via a plug-in board.
