If in the course of order data processing data is passed on to service providers they are bound to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), other statutory regulations and contractually to the Privacy Policy of the SPS electronic GmbH. As far as the SPS electronic GmbH is obligated legally or by court order it will transmit its data to the required extent to information-entitled institutions.
For other purposes the SPS electronic GmbH will not share your data without your express permission with any third party.

 

Right of withdrawal

If you ask the SPS electronic GmbH not to use your personal data for any further contacts and / or to cancel same we will act accordingly. Data that is essential for order processing or commercial purposes is not affected by a cancellation or deletion.
