SPS electronic certified again

SPS electronic certified again successfully according to ISO 9001.

Only a well organized enterprise in which work and process activities are clearly structured can operate with success in the market, guarantee the quality of its products and so also achieve an increase in customer satisfaction which will last. Customer satisfaction is the performance benchmark for the success of SPS electronic. Customer orientation for us signifies to also have our service performance and our work processes assessed by means of an external audit. For quite a few years now SPS electronic has been certified voluntarily according to ISO 9001 by DEKRA. The worldwide approved standard according to ISO 9001 represents a process and system oriented approach to quality management and its continuous improvement.

 

This year's control audit on July 20th, 2010 was again a total success for SPS electronic. The DEKRA auditors were enthusiastic about the structured enterprise activities and the good working atmosphere. Fault was only found in the fact that we don't represent these positive aspects enough to the outside world, something we intend to improve starting now.

 

A large number of forms, work instructions and organizational measures exceed by far regular standards.

 

"Keep it up..." with these words the DEKRA auditor presented the new certificate. Since there is always something needing improvement SPS electronic will also endeavour to optimize work processes in the years to come in order to bind customers and employees permanently to our company and so guarantee a lasting success in all of our company divisions.
