Mr. Guido Böhne from ima-tec GmbH had every reason to be happy. As participant in the SPS customer survey he was drawn by lot as the lucky winner of an iPad.

For the purposes of a satisfaction analysis SPS electronic conducted a customer survey last year in November for which 150 customers were contacted and who could participate online. The feedback was
tremendous and a participation of 60% could be chalked up. Objective of this customer survey was to assess the performance and product portfolio of SPS electronic and to be pointed to optimisation potentials from an external point of view.
This survey provided us with significant results and we would like to give sincere thanks to all participants. The feedback of our customers essentially contributes to continually optimise our products and our service and to orient same by the specific requirements of the market and our customers.

The picture shows the presenting of the prize to Mr. Guido Böhne (left) by our General Manager, Mr. Sascha Aust. The company ima-tec was founded on March 1st, 2007 and started with 5 employees. By now 35 people are employed who develop, set up and programme automatic production systems. For these production systems SPS electronic safety testers are applied in the ”test technique“ area.
